You will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the EEX Transparency Platform and will be in contact with international customers via phone and email. Incident management with reporting companies and ensuring data quality are part of your daily business. Support in the creation of specifications and testing of software adaptations in the context of releases will round off your area of responsibility. For all your outstanding performances, you will of course also get a lot back from your team. Because we appreciate exchanging ideas, being there for each other and making each other better.
