Junior Online Mar­ket­ing Man­ager SEM/SEA (m/f/d)


Work­ing field:


As a SEM Junior Mar­ket­ing Man­ager, you will use your out­stand­ing quant­it­at­ive and ana­lyt­ical skills to drive and main­tain the growth of our busi­ness by tak­ing charge of the man­age­ment and steer­ing of our largest mar­ket­ing chan­nel, includ­ing full ad spend budget respons­ib­il­ity.

You’ll be the driver for the effi­cient growth of our SEM cam­paigns. A hypo­thesis and data-driven approach and advanced data-informed ana­lysis will help you to identify insights and oppor­tun­it­ies to improve our SEM pro­gram and unlock fur­ther oppor­tun­it­ies to bol­ster HomeT­oGo’s suc­cess.

  • You will join our Per­form­ance Mar­ket­ing team and be dir­ectly respons­ible for the man­age­ment, steer­ing, and per­form­ance of our SEM chan­nel Paid Search
  • You will oper­ate our world-class cam­paign auto­ma­tion sys­tem to expand and advance our SEM cam­paigns while improv­ing per­form­ance
  • You will shape the strategy for your chan­nel on the basis of advanced ana­lyses by lever­aging tons of internal data and apply­ing a broad set of ana­lyt­ical tech­niques and tools, e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and Excel
  • You will work closely together with our Mar­ket­ing Engin­eer­ing team to co-define the evol­u­tion of our mar­ket­ing plat­forms and tools



  • Have at least a Bach­elor’s degree in a quant­it­at­ive field of study such as math, phys­ics, other sci­ences, engin­eer­ing, eco­nom­ics, or busi­ness
  • Have exper­i­ence with stat­ist­ical inter­pret­a­tion using real data (e.g., mis­reads/pit­falls with sig­ni­fic­ance)
  • Have advanced Excel skills and SQL exper­i­ence (incl. table joins within rela­tional data­base); usage of Python or R for data ana­lysis is a sig­ni­fic­ant plus
