Wun­der­dog is a soft­ware con­sul­ting agency estab­lished in 2014 in Fin­land. Our Ber­lin office was estab­lished in 2018, cur­r­ently employ­ing 15 people.

We are a mul­ti­na­tio­nal com­pany, that guide our custo­mers through the maze of craf­ting digi­tal pro­ducts and ser­vices from idea­tion to exe­cu­tion. By com­bi­ning smart ways of work­ing, human-cen­te­red design and high-qua­lity code, we build future-proof ser­vices tog­e­ther with our custo­mers.

We are a lean orga­ni­za­tion that has expe­ri­en­ced fast growth wit­hin the last 4 years. Besi­des Ber­lin and Hel­sinki, we also ope­rate in Swe­den.

Office sup­port

Work­ing field:

We are a con­sult­ing agency in the field of soft­ware devel­op­ment. You would be assist­ing the man­age­ment team and con­sult­ants with admin related tasks, among other: fin­ance and account­ing, organ­iz­ing events, tak­ing care of run­ning errands and pur­chases for the office and to sup­port the other employ­ees and be an ambas­sador for employee hap­pi­ness.

Require­ments:

The atti­tude is the most import­ant for us. We are look­ing for someone with a can-do atti­tude that is will­ing to take on also chal­len­ging tasks. We also need someone who is self-organ­ized and can work under pres­sure in a some­times hec­tic envir­on­ment where many things needs to be done. You should also have an eye for details and be pre­cise in your work. We also wel­come own ini­ti­at­ive, and the abil­ity to see what needs to be done and get things done by your­self.

Bach­elor's degree or equi­val­ent in entre­pren­eur­ship, man­age­ment, or sim­ilar. Prefer­ably you are at the end of your stud­ies and have all poten­tial adven­tures such as exchange stud­ies behind you.

Flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish is neces­sary for the job.

Avail­ab­il­ity for approx­im­ately 15-20 hours per week.
