Teraki is a Ber­lin based tech dri­ven com­pany enab­ling true mobi­lity. We stand for inno­va­tion in the rapidly deve­lo­ping con­nec­ted car, self-dri­ving and 3D map­ping world. Teraki pro­vi­des data reduc­tion and data pro­ces­sing solu­ti­ons for Auto­mo­tive (IoT) app­li­ca­ti­ons and enables the launch of new app­li­ca­ti­ons by redu­cing costs. We help our cust­o­m­ers on the chal­len­ges that are posed by the explo­ding amounts of data in con­nec­ted cars for all sen­sor, video and 3D map­ping data.

Your Res­pon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Design and per­form rigou­rous tests of Teraki soft­ware, in close col­la­bo­ra­tion with our soft­ware deve­l­o­pers and data sci­en­tists
  • Pro­pose and imple­ment sui­ta­ble bench­marks to dis­play the per­for­mance and capa­bi­li­ties of the deve­lo­ped soft­ware, inclu­ding the cor­re­spon­ding report gene­ra­tion and comu­ni­ca­tion of main results.
  • Cont­ri­bute to the rese­arch and deve­lop­ment of new pro­ces­sing, opti­miza­t­ion and ana­lytics soft­ware

Er­war­te­te Qua­li­fi­ka­tio­nen:

Who we are loo­king for
  • stu­dents, pre­fe­r­a­bly in com­pu­ter sci­ence, mathe­ma­tics or Phy­sics demostra­ted expe­ri­ence with Python libra­ries such as numpy, pan­das, mat­plot­lib and sci­kit-learn. C/C++ is a plus.
  • Strong curio­sity and atten­tion to details
  • Very proac­tive in the data sci­ence work­flow: Expe­ri­ment Design, Data wrang­ling (explo­ra­tion, clea­ning), hypo­te­sis-tes­ting, mode­ling, com­mu­ni­ca­tion/visua­liza­t­ion of results.
  • You have excel­lent mathe­ma­ti­cal skills in par­ti­cu­lar in Linear Alge­bra
  • A strong inte­rest to cont­ri­bute to novel IoT app­li­ca­ti­ons.
