People and Culture Intern
General position summary:
Based in Berlin, Germany, we are looking for a full-time intern to join our People & Culture team for a 3 to 6-months long internship. We have a fascinating and pioneering road ahead: we are just at the beginning of building our new offices in Nairobi and New York City and this internship will have a global focus on international recruitment, the establishment of a global company culture and enforcing Humanitec’s employer brand.
As the Intern of our People & Culture team you will focus on the following areas:
International Recruiting - You will support the entire recruiting cycle from active sourcing of candidates to the onboarding processes. You will get to attend relevant events and learn more about various recruitment platforms.
Employer Branding - We will need your support and creative ideas in bringing out our employer values to the community via our social media channels and by representing Humanitec in various events and meetups.
Company Culture - Our team and our culture are very important to us, and your ideas will be a valuable support in keeping it up and running with the expansion of our team and operations.
You quickly capture complex issues and you can work in a structured way with attention to details.
You have an empathic personality with an understanding and keen interest in human resources.
You are willing to learn about our business specifics and contribute with your own ideas to the growth of the company.
You are a communication talent and enjoy working in an international environment.
You have proficient English language skills both spoken and written. German knowledge is a plus!
