Work­ing field:

Col­lab­or­a­tion within the pro­ject „ChemEFlex“. Invest­ig­a­tion of exist­ing elec­tro­chem­ical pro­cesses for their suit­ab­il­ity for oper­a­tion with flex­ible load. Ana­lysis of per­form­ance para­meter, key para­met­ers and bottle-necks. Install­a­tion of a mini­plant for exper­i­mental concept stud­ies. Present­a­tion of the pro­ject res­ults in meet­ings, pub­lic­a­tions and con­fer­ences. Super­vi­sion of stu­dent pro­jects. PhD thesis pre­par­a­tion is pos­sible.


  • suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in chem­ical engin­eer­ing, pro­cess engin­eer­ing, chem­istry, mech­an­ical engin­eer­ing, above-aver­age degree desired
  • interest in the devel­op­ment and optim­iz­a­tion of new chem­ical tech­no­lo­gies
  • good writ­ten and spoken Eng­lish
  • expert­ise in the applic­a­tion of soft­ware pack­ages MS Office, Ori­gin­Lab, Ori­gin, Berke­ley Madonna/ AspenTech, Aspen­Plus, gProms (or sim­ilar)
  • prac­tical exper­i­ence with elec­tro­lyz­ers and elec­tro­chem­ical equip­ment
