At Mitra-Intelligence, we work with with the largest music festivals in Germany and Europe to make data-driven decisions. Based on this data, we support these festivals with community building and special programs for their most loyal fans. We make sure that everyone has a great time before, during, and after the event in order for everyone to have the most magical experience.
Community Manager and Customer Happiness (DE/EN)
We are looking for full-time and part time support, who can be proactive in managing a community of festival goers as well as taking calls and emails from them if they encounter any questions or problems.
The community management and support department is currently being established, so you will be part of this process. You should enjoy startup life and everything that comes with the early stages of a company.
German and English (fluent)
