At Mitra-Intel­li­gence, we work with with the largest music fest­ivals in Ger­many and Europe to make data-driven decisions. Based on this data, we sup­port these fest­ivals with com­munity build­ing and spe­cial pro­grams for their most loyal fans. We make sure that every­one has a great time before, dur­ing, and after the event in order for every­one to have the most magical exper­i­ence.

Work­ing field:

We are look­ing for full-time and part time sup­port, who can be pro­act­ive in man­aging a com­munity of fest­ival goers as well as tak­ing calls and emails from them if they encounter any ques­tions or prob­lems.

The com­munity man­age­ment and sup­port depart­ment is cur­rently being estab­lished, so you will be part of this pro­cess. You should enjoy star­tup life and everything that comes with the early stages of a com­pany.
