We are look­ing for a high energy indi­vidual with a can-do atti­tude who is inter­ested in rolling up their sleeves to deliver key pro­ject, roadmap, and pro­gram object­ives for the Global Com­mer­cial team. Respons­ib­il­it­ies:

1) Pro­ject / Pro­gram Man­age­ment
  • Coordin­ate resources to ensure the flaw­less exe­cu­tion of pro­jects
  • Ensure that pro­jects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline and budget
  • Develop a pro­ject plan to track status and pro­gress and share updates reg­u­larly.
  • Use appro­pri­ate tech­niques to man­age changes in pro­ject scope, sched­ule and costs
  • Report and escal­ate to man­age­ment as needed
  • Per­form risk man­age­ment to min­im­ize pro­ject risks
  • Cre­ate and main­tain com­pre­hens­ive pro­ject doc­u­ment­a­tion
2) Roadmap Man­age­ment
  • Man­age the roadmap of product and ser­vices deliv­ery for Global Com­mer­cial.
  • Host weekly meet­ing with part­ners and or stake­hold­ers to ensure pri­or­it­ies are clear, work is pro­gress­ing, and deliv­er­ables are being met.
  • Drive the quarterly plan­ning pro­cess.
  • Work with Sales, Key Account­ing and Part­ner­ships on key cli­ent engage­ments: you may be asked to accom­pany Sales to mer­chant meet­ings or on calls to rep­res­ent the roadmap and product.
  • For­mu­late a cadence of cross regional roadmap reviews.
  • Pre­pare and present product roadmap reports to key stake­hold­ers and exec­ut­ives.

Require­ments:

  • 2 years of pre­vi­ous exper­i­ence man­aging pro­jects, a pro­gram port­fo­lio, or roadmap plan­ning and track­ing.
  • Proven track record of get­ting things done; abil­ity to man­age mul­tiple com­pet­ing pri­or­it­ies in addi­tion to com­mu­nic­at­ing with internal and external teams to ensure every­one remains aligned and deliv­er­ing accord­ing to scope and sched­ule.
  • You must be a meth­od­ical and organ­ized self-starter.
  • You must be able to deal with ambi­gu­ity, as well as hav­ing good time man­age­ment and ana­lyt­ical skills.
  • Excel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion skills and dip­lomacy across cul­tures.
  • Degree in Inform­a­tion Tech­no­logy, Com­puter Sci­ence or Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion.
  • Pas­sion­ate about the Inter­net and the e-com­merce sec­tor.
  • Interest in hi-tech, fintech, or pay­ments industry.
  • Work­ing know­ledge of pro­ject, plan­ning, or roadmap man­age­ment tools a nice to have.
