The role includes: Col­lab­or­at­ing with the Global Com­mer­cial Oper­a­tions team to com­mu­nic­ate the rel­ev­ant pro­cesses, changes and updates throughout the organ­iz­a­tion.

Our Global Com­mer­cial Oper­a­tions interns work on com­mu­nic­a­tion plans, inform­a­tion mater­i­als & train­ing ses­sions. In this pos­i­tion, the interns have the chance to col­lab­or­ate on pro­cess optim­iz­a­tion, sales­ pro­cesses, and gobal com­mer­cial strategies.

Skills to be learned: global-level com­mu­nic­a­tion, cross-cul­tural com­mu­nic­a­tion, sales­, global level pro­cess design.

Spe­cific tasks:
  • Ana­lyse pro­cesses and cre­ate pro­cess charts.
  • Develop a com­mu­nic­a­tion plan & imple­ment across 16 coun­tries.
  • Organ­ise & plan train­ings.
  • Lead a com­pany-wide News­let­ter (bi-weekly).
  • Write-up global sales oper­a­tions policies and dis­trib­ute to organ­iz­a­tion.


  • Excel­lent Eng­lish is a must. Know­ledge of Span­ish, Rus­sian, Pol­ish, Por­tuguese or Hindi is a plus.
  • Uni­versity-level stud­ies in com­mu­nic­a­tion, oper­a­tions or busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion.
  • Some exper­i­ence in an office-envir­on­ment.
  • Under­stand­ing of busi­ness pro­cesses.
