Work­ing field:

  • teach­ing in the mas­ter pro­gram Human Factors (M.Sc.) and other study pro­grams of TU Ber­lin
  • own dis­ser­ta­tion research, prefer­able in the area of auto­ma­tion psy­cho­logy
  • par­ti­cip­a­tion in writ­ing research pro­pos­als and pub­lic­a­tions
  • super­vising of mas­ter theses
  • adop­tion of admin­is­trat­ive tasks


  • suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Dip­lom, Mas­ter or equi­val­ent) in psy­cho­logy (focus: work and engin­eer­ing psy­cho­logy) or human factors
  • proven interest in research on human-tech­no­logy inter­ac­tion and research top­ics of our group (;
  • very good know­ledge of stat­ist­ical meth­ods and rel­ev­ant stat­ist­ical soft­ware (R; SPPS)
  • exper­i­ences with exper­i­mental research meth­ods
  • good present­a­tion and writ­ing skills (Ger­man, Eng­lish);
  • capa­city for team­work
