We are offe­ring a part-time posi­tion with a fle­xi­ble remote work­ing policy:

Work­ing Stu­dent (m/w/d) - IT Gover­nance & Com­pli­ance (for 20 hours/week)

English

Working field:

  • Sup­port the reg­u­lar update of all IT pro­cesses regard­ing reg­u­lat­ory, legal and internal require­ments
  • Help organ­iz­ing the know­ledge of the IT depart­ment in Con­flu­ence; plan and track work, cre­ate reports in JIRA
  • Con­trib­ute to internal IT pro­jects with an impact on e.g. IT risk man­age­ment, IT ser­vice man­age­ment or IT secur­ity
  • Work closely with the IT col­leagues to main­tain the bank’s internal con­trol sys­tem for tech­no­logy and secur­ity
  • Review and assess IT cer­ti­fic­a­tions and report­ing provided by IT sup­pli­ers
  • Assist in devel­op­ing train­ing and com­mu­nic­a­tion mater­ial on IT stand­ards and pro­cesses as needed for the IT Team, pre­pare work­shops, col­league onboard­ing and team meet­ings

Requirements:

  • Cur­rently enrolled as Bach­elor- or Mas­ter stu­dent (e.g. Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Busi­ness Inform­at­ics, Com­puter Engin­eer­ing, Busi­ness/ IT Con­sult­ing, Busi­ness Law or a related field)
  • You have a keen interest in learn­ing about tech­no­logy man­age­ment and IT gov­ernance / com­pli­ance in a bank­ing envir­on­ment
  • You have strong com­mu­nic­a­tion skills and are con­fid­ent in inter­act­ing with dif­fer­ent stake­hold­ers
  • You think ana­lyt­ic­ally and prefer work­ing in a struc­tured man­ner
  • MS office exper­i­ence (Out­look, Excel, Power­point), Jira / Con­flu­ence skills are a plus
  • You have very good Eng­lish skills. Ger­man is a plus
