Work­ing Stu­dent Office Man­age­ment (f/m/d)

As an Office Man­ager (m/f/d) you are part of our HR team and work in close cooper­a­tion with all depart­ments. You are look­ing for ways to improve and auto­mate pro­cesses - from recep­tion activ­it­ies, to orders of all kinds, to remod­el­ing meas­ures in the office and organ­iz­ing events. If you like organ­iz­ing, want to take on respons­ib­il­ity and are look­ing for a var­ied job along­side your stud­ies, this is the right pos­i­tion for you.

Working field:

  • You take over admin­is­trat­ive tasks in all areas
  • You take care of orders and coordin­ate ser­vice pro­viders and busi­ness trips
  • You organ­ize internal and external events and make sure they run smoothly
  • You help with the admin­is­tra­tion of our hard­ware

Requirements:

  • You are enrolled for at least 2 semesters and are avail­able for at least 15 - 20 hours per week
  • You are an organ­iz­a­tional tal­ent and thrive on tak­ing respons­ib­il­ity for a wide range of top­ics
  • You can identify poten­tial for improve­ment inde­pend­ently and pro­act­ively look for the right solu­tion
  • You have strong com­mu­nic­a­tion skills, are empath­etic and approach people openly and dir­ectly
  • You quickly grasp com­plex con­texts and openly seek feed­back
  • You have a soft spot for tools and you are a (digital) impro­visa­tion tal­ent
  • You com­mu­nic­ate in Eng­lish and Ger­man
