The Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems (FOKUS) is located in Berlin-Charlottenburg and offers R&D services for the development of seamless, personalisable communication systems. With our clients, we work through all stages of the innovation process - from the initial idea, through research and development in projects, to prototype development, implementation and pilot operation.
For our projects in the areas of digital administration, collaborative, and public IT, we are looking for team-oriented researchers (m/w/d) who want to progress the digitalisation and modernisation of governments and public administrations. Aufgabenbeschreibung:
We are an interdisciplinary team, helping governments and public administrations to solve some of their biggest challenges in IT and data. You can expect to work on projects that are practically relevant for our clients, address often publicly debated policy issues and add value to society at large. As a team, we offer you a professional and collaborative research environment where you can bring in your own research ideas and set your own priorities. We work in an agile framework, allowing us to reconcile the delivery of client projects with flexible working hours.

This is a fixed-term contract with a duration of two years.
