Research Assist­ant - 0.5 work­ing time - salary grade E13 TV-L Ber­liner Hoch­schu­len

for maternity leave and, if applicable, subsequent parental leave

Work­ing field:

Collaboration in teaching and research in German and English in the field of urban design, building science and presentation theory in the Bachelor and Master Urban and Regional Planning, Dual Degree Urban Mobility with the Universtity of Buenos Aires and in the Master Urban Design; independent implementation of courses (design studios, seminar) and supervision of theses; participation in the university self-administraion in connection with research and teaching.

Require­ments:

  • suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in urban and regional planning, architecture, landscape planning, landscape architecture or urban design
  • proven knowledge of urban design, building schience and representation (including CAD)
  • very good working knowledge of written and spoken German and Englisch
  • proven interest in research issues in activity-fields of the department
  • written and spoken Spanish language skills desired
