Work­ing field:

As a work­ing stu­dent (m/f/d) in IT admin­is­tra­tion and IT sup­port, you will sup­port us with daily tech­nical inquir­ies and thus sig­ni­fic­antly con­trib­ute to increas­ing our IT ser­vice qual­ity by pro­cessing tick­ets. In detail, this includes the fol­low­ing tasks:

  • You sup­port our employ­ees in all tech­nical mat­ters by pro­cessing tick­ets in our ticket sys­tem and set­ting up and expand­ing our work­sta­tions
  • In your respons­ib­il­ity for the invent­ory man­age­ment, you include hard­ware com­pon­ents in our invent­ory and take care of their issue and return
  • For the expan­sion of the invent­ory, you get offers for new hard­ware, take care of their pur­chase, man­age the invoices and always keep a watch­ful eye on the budget man­age­ment
  • You help man­aging our Win­dows cli­ents by per­form­ing updates and mon­it­or­ing

Require­ments:

If you unite good com­mu­nic­a­tion skills with a high ser­vice ori­ent­a­tion and meet the fol­low­ing require­ments, we should get to know each other:

  • Enrolled stu­dent in a tech­nical degree pro­gram such as com­puter sci­ence, elec­trical engin­eer­ing, etc.
  • Prefer­ably ini­tial work exper­i­ence in a tech­nical field, ideally in IT admin­is­tra­tion and / or first level sup­port
  • Exper­i­ence in the use of Win­dows 10 and 7
  • Good com­mand of Ger­man and Eng­lish, both writ­ten and spoken
  • Avail­ab­il­ity for approx. 15 hours per week for at least one year, dur­ing semester breaks option­ally more
