  • Sup­port us in improv­ing our sales and out­bound strategies for Leap­some
  • Develop, imple­ment, eval­u­ate and con­tinu­ously improve our out­bound lead gen­er­a­tion strategies.
  • Define and test mar­ket seg­ment­a­tion strategies together with the sales team, carry out com­plex and thor­ough mar­ket ana­lyses and pro­cess the obtained inform­a­tion
  • Be involved in imple­ment­ing pro­jects and key decisions
  • Join in on demo calls and sales pitches
  • Plan, execute and doc­u­ment user tests and gen­er­ate sug­ges­tions and improve­ments for our product, work right at the inter­face of tech­no­logy and busi­ness.


  • You’re an entre­pren­eur­ial self-starter and like to get things done; in the past, you’ve proven that you truly owned the pro­jects that you were assigned
  • You have or are in the pro­cess of get­ting a col­lege or uni­versity degree. You love to think ana­lyt­ic­ally, are able to do your own research and to fil­ter and pro­cess rel­ev­ant inform­a­tion.
  • You are flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish both in writ­ten and spoken form (Ger­man is a must!)
  • You com­mu­nic­ate openly and to the point
  • You are pas­sion­ate about the future of work; you want to go bey­ond talk­ing about it and act­ively shape it instead.
  • Ideally, you have always wanted to be involved in the devel­op­ment and imple­ment­a­tion of new and innov­at­ive ideas
  • Bonus: You already have exper­i­ence in sales and / or mar­ket research
