HiPeople is looking for a working student, who is enrolled in psychology, to support our internal science team. We are building a tool for automated candidate qualification to make hiring 10x more efficient and free of bias. We have the first version of HiPeople live at multiple renowned companies. Now we are looking for somebody with experience and interest in candidate assessment and selection, diagnostics, and technology to support the development of new tests and test formats. Who we are looking for:
You are enrolled as a psychology student, ideally with focus on business, industrial or organizational psychology, have completed at least three semesters and achieved excellent grades
You have basic knowledge of personnel selection and test development and words as “situational judgment test”, “face validity”, and “predicting job performance” spark your excitement
You have substantial web and IT skills including Google Drive Services
You catch up on things quickly, work with attention to detail and on your own initiative
You adapt quickly to changes, can handle ambiguity without losing speed and are open-minded
You know how to communicate your work to your team members, and love to work in small, agile, and quality oriented teams
