Work­ing field:

You will sup­port our HR and Office team with all admi­nis­tra­tive tasks as well as on inter­nal pro­jects and will have the oppor­tu­nity to gain diverse insights into our broad HR work. Under an employ­ment con­tract limi­ted to a maxi­mum of two years, you will sup­port our team with appro­xi­mately 15 to 20 wee­kly working hours (poten­ti­ally more during semes­ter breaks), pri­ma­rily in the area of HR admi­nis­tra­tion.

RESPON­SI­BI­LI­TIES
  • Sup­por­ting the HR and Office team with all admi­nis­tra­tive tasks ari­sing in the areas of recrui­t­ing, onboar­ding, trai­ning, etc.
  • Sup­por­ting app­li­cant manage­ment, inclu­ding data admi­nis­tra­tion, cor­re­spon­dence with app­li­cants, and pre­pa­ra­tion of inter­views
  • Sup­port the onboar­ding pro­cess
  • Hand­ling admi­nis­tra­tive coor­di­na­tion
  • Pre­pa­ring writ­ten docu­ments

Require­ments:

  • Enrol­led uni­ver­sity stu­dent (ide­ally with at least two years of stu­dies remai­ning at the start of employ­ment)
  • Flu­ent Ger­man lan­guage skills, ide­ally at a native speaker level, very good writ­ten and spo­ken Eng­lish lan­guage skills
  • An inde­pen­dent, struc­tu­red, and ser­vice-ori­en­ted working style
  • A fri­endly man­ner, fle­xi­bi­lity, and dedi­ca­tion
  • Ide­ally a pas­sion for people and pur­pose topics
  • Some expe­ri­ence in the field of HR is a plus
