Working Student HR (f, m, x)
You will support our HR and Office team with all administrative tasks as well as on internal projects and will have the opportunity to gain diverse insights into our broad HR work. Under an employment contract limited to a maximum of two years, you will support our team with approximately 15 to 20 weekly working hours (potentially more during semester breaks), primarily in the area of HR administration.
Supporting the HR and Office team with all administrative tasks arising in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, training, etc.
Supporting applicant management, including data administration, correspondence with applicants, and preparation of interviews
Support the onboarding process
Handling administrative coordination
Preparing written documents
Enrolled university student (ideally with at least two years of studies remaining at the start of employment)
Fluent German language skills, ideally at a native speaker level, very good written and spoken English language skills
An independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
A friendly manner, flexibility, and dedication
Ideally a passion for people and purpose topics
Some experience in the field of HR is a plus
