Research assist­ant - 0.5 work­ing time - salary grade E13 TV-L Ber­liner Hoch­schu­len - 1st qual­i­fic­a­tion period (PhD can­did­ate)

Work­ing field:

  • Teach­ing and tech­nical-eco­nomic research in the field of logist­ics, with the emphasis on the hol­istic design and plan­ning of logist­ics sys­tems
  • Inde­pend­ent imple­ment­a­tion of prac­tical case stud­ies, sys­tem plan­ning and research pro­jects in cooper­a­tion with com­pan­ies and insti­tu­tions
  • Estab­lish­ment and fur­ther devel­op­ment of inter­na­tional and uni­versity-wide cooper­a­tion
  • Respons­ible for tasks at the chair and in the logist­ics labor­at­ory as well as in the study course indus­trial engin­eer­ing
  • Super­vi­sion of sci­entific theses

Require­ments:

  • Suc­cess­fully com­pleted Uni­versity degree (Dip­lom, Mas­ter or equi­val­ent) in a field related to the Pos­i­tion (eco­nomic engin­eer­ing, eco­nomic math­em­at­ics or eco­nomic inform­at­ics)
  • In-depth know­ledge of logist­ics man­age­ment and tech­no­lo­gies, man­u­fac­tur­ing logist­ics and prac­tical exper­i­ence in the industry
  • Above-aver­age IT skills (Win­dows applic­a­tion and logist­ics soft­ware)
  • Very good lan­guage skills (Min­imum require­ment: flu­ent Ger­man and Eng­lish)
  • Prefer­ably domestic and inter­na­tional exper­i­ence in the uni­versity and busi­ness Envir­on­ment
  • High will­ing­ness to per­form, self-motiv­a­tion and com­mit­ment as well as team­work
