Junior HR Man­ager (m/w)

Pamono is cur­rently look­ing for an ener­getic and highly motiv­ated Junior Man­ager to join the Fin­ance and People Team.

Work­ing field:

  • Ensure Pamono policies and pro­ced­ures com­ply with cur­rent employ­ment legis­la­tion
  • Imple­ment an effect­ive recruit­ment strategy build­ing from cur­rent onboard­ing / off­board­ing pro­ced­ures
  • Advise and sup­port man­agers on all HR issues
  • Liaise with payroll adviser, health insur­ance pro­viders and any other external parties needed
  • Office man­age­ment & admin­is­trat­ive ad-hoc

Require­ments:

  • You hold a Bach­elor’s or Mas­ter’s degree, prefer­ably in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Human Resources or any other related field
  • Ideally you have at least 1 year of prior exper­i­ence in a sim­ilar pos­i­tion within a start-up or grow­ing organ­isa­tion
  • You are a team player in addi­tion to work­ing well inde­pend­ently
  • You speak Eng­lish and Ger­man flu­ently
  • You have a pro­act­ive atti­tude and are will­ing to give any task set your best effort!
