Sales admin Intern­ship

Work­ing field:

ESSEN­TIAL DUTIES AND RESPONS­IB­IL­IT­IES:

Coordin­a­tion of all Shipvis­its throughout European and Inter­na­tional ports:

  • Man­age­ment of all guests mani­fests
  • Coordin­a­tion and con­trol of the guests details with the Travel agen­cies and the Sales Teams
  • Coordin­a­tion of the onboard pro­gram with the ships
  • Sub­mis­sion of guests details in cent­ral­ized secur­ity data­base / to port author­it­ies
  • Organ­iz­a­tion of mater­ial deliv­ery
  • Attend­ance and run­ning of the events if required
  • Par­ti­cip­a­tion in pro­jects, events and admin­is­trat­ive tasks related to the Sales Admin depart­ment.

Require­ments:

EXPER­I­ENCE:

  • Edu­cated to a degree level with a pro­fes­sional qual­i­fic­a­tion in mar­ket­ing/sales
  • A pre­vi­ous intern­ship in mar­ket­ing/sales will be a plus

PER­SONAL ATTI­TUDE AND SKILLS:

  • Highly organ­ised and cap­able of jug­gling many tasks at once
  • Highly motiv­ated and ‘can do’ atti­tude
  • Pro­act­ive and enthu­si­astic
  • Team player
  • Calm under pres­sure
  • Strong inter­per­sonal skills and con­fid­ence with deal­ing with internal and external part­ners
  • Excel­lent atten­tion to detail and accur­acy
  • Com­mit­ment to excel­lence
  • Nat­ive Ger­man, French or Italian Speaker
  • Pro­fi­cient in Eng­lish
