Tech­nical Cus­tomer Sup­port

Work­ing field:

  • Man­aging incom­ing cus­tomer requests via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshoot­ing issues and find­ing solu­tions for our re-sellers
  • Ensur­ing excel­lent ser­vice stand­ards and main­tain­ing high cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion
  • Solv­ing ser­vice requests effect­ively inde­pend­ently, together with our internal 2nd level and/or Ser­vice Pro­viders

Require­ments:

  • Being ori­ented towards cus­tomer ser­vice you are always ready and will­ing to learn new skills
  • Your excel­lent writ­ten and verbal com­mu­nic­a­tion skills meet highest stand­ards
  • Ideally, you have exper­i­ence in some of the fol­low­ing fields: Office 365, Exchange, Act­ive Dir­ect­ory, Share­Point, Skype For Busi­ness or vir­tual serv­ers ; and a strong interest in learn­ing more
  • Our com­pany lan­guage is Eng­lish and you are flu­ent in one of the fol­low­ing lan­guages: Ger­man, Swedish, French, Dutch
