IT Sup­port Work­ing Stu­dent (m/f)

Work­ing field:

We’re cur­rently look­ing for a IT Sup­port Work­ing Stu­dent (m/f) to join us in our Ber­lin office.
As a work­ing stu­dent in our fast-grow­ing, tech-driven com­pany, you will be respons­ible for the install­a­tion, sup­port and gen­eral man­age­ment of our IT infra­struc­ture in the Ber­lin office. You will act as a primary point of con­tact for tech­nical issues and have the oppor­tun­ity to develop our IT infra­struc­ture in cooper­a­tion with our tech­no­logy team in Lithuania.

In this role, you will:

  • Build, main­tain and man­age our hard­ware infra­struc­ture includ­ing serv­ers, print­ers, com­puters and phones.
  • Provide first-level onsite sup­port for all tech­nical ques­tions as they arise.
  • Man­age employee tech­nical off- and onboard­ing, includ­ing invent­ory main­ten­ance.
  • Handle soft­ware install­a­tion, main­ten­ance and troubleshoot­ing.
  • Sup­port and admin­is­ter our internal net­work infra­struc­ture.
  • Cre­ate IT doc­u­ment­a­tion and user guides.
  • Coordin­ate and align with our Lithuanian tech­no­logy team.


  • Cur­rently study­ing in an IT-related field includ­ing com­puter sci­ence, busi­ness inform­at­ics or sim­ilar.
  • Some IT Sup­port exper­i­ence via intern­ships or as a work­ing stu­dent.
  • Good know­ledge of both Win­dows and OS X, and asso­ci­ated eco­sys­tems.
  • Curi­os­ity and eager­ness to learn.
  • A pos­it­ive atti­tude and enjoy work­ing in a dynamic team.
  • Flu­ent Eng­lish, very good spoken Ger­man is a plus.
