Sales Intern for FinTech
with future Full-Time role
Our team is looking for a new member to support the sales team in building an outbound sales strategy and pipeline, thus enabling the company’s top-line growth. The candidate will help structure the sales documents and design the best pitch for potential new clients. The sales process will consist of creating a database with data from multiple sources, such as Crunchbase to identify targets, Alexa to measure web traffic in region of interest, as well as a contacts tool to screen best contact person inside target. Furthermore, he will actively contact new clients. This will give the candidate an overview of the complete sales process and overview of the company from a product and a business-model perspective. Later, all doors are open for further growth within company. This being said, we are looking for a candidate who has critical thinking, understands business needs and keeps himself updated on current affairs and FinTech / payments news. He should be a self-starter and pro-actively drive his projects, always prioritizing the team and leaving his ego last.

Show motivation for top line growth and have an interest in sales
Help win new top tech-companies from Silicon Valley / and from other innovation clusters looking for a partner in LatAm
Build sales pipeline database and cross data from multiple sources to create go-to client sourcing tool
Actively manage sales pipeline and weekly report on progress
Support in structuring sales documents such as product pitch, sales revenue estimation, and RFP book building
Actively engage in client prospection
Help maintain web requests and conversations with prospective clients
Good administration skills of Excel and PowerPoint
Engineering, Economics or Business student in 3rd or last year of university, needing a mandatory, full-time internship
Good analytical skills, and show drive for data-driven analysis
Experience in Finance is a plus
Interest in accounting and basic income statement understanding
Ability to work remotely in an international team
Fluent spoken English skills, German not a must
Interest in Latin America
