Sales Intern for FinTech

with future Full-Time role

Work­ing field:

Our team is look­ing for a new mem­ber to sup­port the sales team in build­ing an out­bound sales strategy and pipeline, thus enabling the com­pany’s top-line growth. The can­did­ate will help struc­ture the sales doc­u­ments and design the best pitch for poten­tial new cli­ents. The sales pro­cess will con­sist of cre­at­ing a data­base with data from mul­tiple sources, such as Crunch­base to identify tar­gets, Alexa to meas­ure web traffic in region of interest, as well as a con­tacts tool to screen best con­tact per­son inside tar­get. Fur­ther­more, he will act­ively con­tact new cli­ents. This will give the can­did­ate an over­view of the com­plete sales pro­cess and over­view of the com­pany from a product and a busi­ness-model per­spect­ive. Later, all doors are open for fur­ther growth within com­pany. This being said, we are look­ing for a can­did­ate who has crit­ical think­ing, under­stands busi­ness needs and keeps him­self updated on cur­rent affairs and FinTech / pay­ments news. He should be a self-starter and pro-act­ively drive his pro­jects, always pri­or­it­iz­ing the team and leav­ing his ego last.

Your Role
  • You should be a stu­dent look­ing for an intern­ship first, then a poten­tial full-time role
  • Show motiv­a­tion for top line growth and have an interest in sales
  • Help win new top tech-com­pan­ies from Sil­icon Val­ley / and from other innov­a­tion clusters look­ing for a part­ner in LatAm
  • Build sales pipeline data­base and cross data from mul­tiple sources to cre­ate go-to cli­ent sourcing tool
  • Act­ively man­age sales pipeline and weekly report on pro­gress
  • Sup­port in struc­tur­ing sales doc­u­ments such as product pitch, sales rev­enue estim­a­tion, and RFP book build­ing
  • Act­ively engage in cli­ent pro­spec­tion
  • Help main­tain web requests and con­ver­sa­tions with pro­spect­ive cli­ents

Require­ments:

  • Good admin­is­tra­tion skills of Excel and Power­Point
  • Engin­eer­ing, Eco­nom­ics or Busi­ness stu­dent in 3rd or last year of uni­versity, need­ing a man­dat­ory, full-time intern­ship
  • Good ana­lyt­ical skills, and show drive for data-driven ana­lysis
  • Exper­i­ence in Fin­ance is a plus
  • Interest in account­ing and basic income state­ment under­stand­ing
  • Abil­ity to work remotely in an inter­na­tional team
  • Flu­ent spoken Eng­lish skills, Ger­man not a must
  • Interest in Latin Amer­ica
  • Be highly motiv­ated to join a grow­ing com­pany, engage in build­ing and con­trib­ut­ing to com­pany’s cul­ture
