Service Management Assistant (Student)
Service Management Assistant - Language Services field
Process execution according to the service portfolio throughout the whole project lifecycle process (initiation, planning, execution, control and closing).
Project financials including revenue and gross margin, preparing Invoicing.
Client relationship management at first level operational contacts, representing the organization to the customer.
You are a BA or MA student, preferably in a language, communication and/or business related degree.
You have excellent knowledge of German and English; additional languages are an asset.
You have excellent communication skills (email, phone, presentations).
You have strong organization skills, as well as stress management skills, in order to meet tight deadlines and organize heavy workloads or complex project situations.
You have demonstrated ability to work individually or as part of a local or virtual team.
Basic experience in service/project management or in similar roles/businesses (preferably related to Language Services) is an asset.
Good knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services (e.g. MS Office, production applications, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, etc.); knowledge of computer translation tools (e.g. TRADOS) is an asset.
What we offer:
We are looking for a student to be a Service Management Assistant, responsible for the day-to-day management of customer orders according to the customer requirements and AMPLEXOR standards. This person will be a part of our Language Service team and he/she will work on customer service deliveries under the responsibility of a Service Manager at our office in Berlin.
