Our Global Trainee Programme offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of our Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in process optimization, digitalization, and strategic business development. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the operational processes, leading strategic business projects.
What will I be doing?
On our Operations pathway, you’ll play a vital role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and digital transformation across our business. Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through key operational functions, developing a comprehensive understanding of process optimisation, business transformation, and customer experience enhancement.
On our Technology and IT pathway, you will go through various departments and gain in-depth insights into the IT world. From the very beginning, you will take on responsibility and work on exciting projects.

Who we’re looking for
For our operations pathway, you should have (or expect to obtain) a master's degree in economics, Business Mathematics, or a related field.
For our Technology & IT pathway, you should have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field, preferably with some work experience. You should also have some experience in software development (e.g., through internships, university work, student jobs, or personal projects).
