Working field:
The selected candidates will have opportunities to work in an enriching interdisciplinary environment, with significant potential for broad impact in terms of technology development, industry involvement, and educational initiatives. The focus is on communication technology, information theory and wireless communication. The position is intended for a PhD thesis on a project related topic supervised by Prof. Caire.
Requirements:
Candidates must have an successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in a field of Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics.
Applicants must have a solid track record in one or more research fields in the discipline.
Furthermore, candidates should have excellent English oral and written communication skills. The ability to teach in both German and English is a prerequisite.
