Founder's Associate (m/d/w) - Working Student

Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- You take responsibility for strategic and operational projects, e.g. in the areas of investor releations, strategy, go-to-market, product and operations
- You work directly with our founders to scale essentry
- You analyze existing processes and drive operational excellence initiatives
Erwartete Qualifikationen:
- You are currently enrolled in a master's degree program in management, business administration or a comparable course of study
- You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, startup)
- You like to work independently and proactively
- You have an analytical mindset and a hand-on mentality
- You have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to take on big challenges
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You are available for at least 6 months
