Cus­tomer Suc­cess

Working field:

As part of the Cus­tomer Suc­cess team, you will assist the team with their tasks, and you will be also involved in help­ing the man­age­ment team to empower the organ­iz­a­tion.

  • Call­ing cus­tom­ers for vari­ous reas­ons (fol­low-up, billing, wel­com­ing them to NinjaOne)
  • Pre­par­ing and send­ing admin­is­trat­ive doc­u­ments
  • Being involved in sev­eral decisions con­cern­ing the future of the team and doing research for the man­age­ment team and shar­ing your opin­ion
  • Ana­lys­ing the per­form­ance of the cus­tomer suc­cess team mem­bers and mak­ing sug­ges­tions for improve­ments
  • Assist­ing in the recruit­ment pro­cess of new Ninjas
  • Cre­at­ing present­a­tions for internal and external use to improve com­mu­nic­a­tion and mes­saging
  • Par­ti­cip­at­ing in cus­tomer meet­ings
  • Cre­at­ing tem­plates and e-mails that our team will be using in the com­mu­nic­a­tion with our part­ners
  • Build­ing and con­duct­ing ques­tion­naires for our cus­tomer base
  • Con­sist­ently work with the team man­agers to update our internal know­ledge base and train­ing mater­ial
  • Assist­ing and help­ing to con­duct train­ing work­shops

Requirements:

  • Pro­fes­sion­ally pro­fi­cient in Eng­lish
  • Eager to learn and dis­cover
  • Dynamic and adapt­able
  • Solu­tion-ori­ent­ated
Great plus:
  • Pro­fes­sion­ally pro­fi­cient in Ger­man or French
  • Prior usage/know­ledge of Sales­Force
