We provide thou­sands of grants every year through a net­work of national and regional found­a­tions and offices, fund­ing a vast array of pro­jects—many of them now shaped by the chal­lenges of the COVID-19 pan­demic.

Working field:

Human Resources

Typ­ical duties and respons­ib­il­it­ies include:
  • Sup­port and imple­ment­a­tion of human resources ini­ti­at­ives;
  • Assist in the cre­ation of tem­plates for employ­ment con­tracts and other human resources doc­u­ments;
  • Assist­ing in the onboard­ing of new employ­ees and organ­iz­ing and con­duct­ing off­board­ing activ­it­ies;
  • Assist­ing in the cre­ation of vari­ous inform­a­tional doc­u­ments and present­a­tions;
  • Gen­eral admin­is­tra­tion and cre­ation of human resources reports using Excel, as well as data main­ten­ance and recon­cili­ation in per­son­nel files in Work­day;
  • Answer­ing employee inquir­ies on vari­ous HR top­ics as well as tak­ing on smal­ler spe­cial pro­jects.


  • Study in the field of eco­nom­ics with a focus on human resources;
  • Good com­mand of spoken and writ­ten Ger­man and Eng­lish;
  • Excel­lent know­ledge of Microsoft Office, espe­cially Excel and Power­Point;
  • Ana­lyt­ical skills and ori­ent­a­tion to ser­vice;
  • Good listen­ing and com­mu­nic­a­tion skills, with sens­it­iv­ity to cul­tural com­mu­nic­a­tion dif­fer­ences;
  • Capa­city for empathy, pro­fes­sion­al­ism, and work­ing col­lab­or­at­ively in a team-ori­ented envir­on­ment.
