Research Assistant - salary grade E13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen

Working field:

Research on communication networks within the project 6G-RIC (6G networks, edge computing, localization, machine learning for networks)

Requirements:

  • Succesfully completed university degree (master, diplom or equivalent) in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or in a related area, and have demonstrated prior achievements (e.g., top grades).
  • deep understanding of wireless networking principles
  • excellent programming experience (Python, C++, Matlab)
  • very strong Linux expertise.
  • strong mathematical background.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Basic knowledge of the German language
  • Enthusiasm for leading-edge research, a mix of creativity and persistence, and team spirit are essential. The possibility of a doctorate is given.
