Work­ing Stu­dent - Focus: Mas­ter Data (m/f/d)

Working field:

KWS Ber­lin is look­ing for a Work­ing Stu­dent - Focus: Mas­ter Data (m/f/d) with 20 hours/week for 6 months for our Global Trans­ac­tion Cen­ter. In this role, you will sup­port the Mas­ter Data Man­age­ment team in main­tain­ing mas­ter data in vari­ous areas of the busi­ness (mater­i­als / vendors / cus­tom­ers) while adher­ing to stand­ards and gov­ernance to ensure data is com­pli­ant with defined inform­a­tion, policies, and qual­ity require­ments as defined by the data owner.

Requirements:

Key respons­ib­il­it­ies:

  • Execute data changes in SAP ERP as reques­ted by the busi­ness
  • Per­form mass updates as required
  • Com­plete tasks in work queue as assigned accord­ing to the agreed SLA
  • Ini­ti­ate and carry out reg­u­lar data cleans­ing activ­it­ies to ensure high level data qual­ity, com­pli­ance and con­sist­ency of mas­ter data
  • Sup­port in ad-hoc requests from the team related to mas­ter data



Your pro­file:

  • Enrolled in Bach­elor’s or Mas­ter’s pro­gram in engin­eer­ing or busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion
  • Under­stand­ing impact of mas­ter data man­age­ment - first exper­i­ence is a plus
  • Strong interest in Data Man­age­ment
  • Pro­fi­ciency in MS Office products, includ­ing advanced use of MS Excel
  • SAP exper­i­ence is an advant­age
  • Pro­act­ive, struc­tured, and an eye for details
  • Strong inter­per­sonal, verbal/writ­ten com­mu­nic­a­tion, and organ­iz­a­tional skills
  • Pro­cess-driven team player with cus­tomer-ori­ented ser­vice atti­tude
  • Flu­ent Eng­lish and Por­tuguese; any other lan­guage is an advant­age
