We are looking for a student employee (m/f/d) to join our team!
As part of several client-facing project teams you will support the project lead and consultants with the following items:
Designing surveys and questionnaires
Synthesizing key messages and conducting qualitative analysis
Researching different tools and concepts around leadership, culture change and more
Supporting during in-person and virtual workshops, e.g. by documenting results and co-facilitating
Preparing Power Point slides or (virtual) whiteboards for client sessions
As part of LEAD Mindsets & Capabilities, you will also drive internal endeavours, these may include:
Preparing and planning internal strategy & culture meetings and offsites
Engaging in and driving internal initiatives depending on your personal passion topics (e.g. environment and climate change)
Supporting or starting initiatives across the different LEAD organizations, including LEAD Machine Learning and LEAD Academy
Supporting and driving communications activities, such as via our social media channels
Hands-on personality; you don’t shy away from a good puzzle
You routinely work with Microsoft Power Point and Excel
You have a demonstrated interest in socio-political topics, especially in relation to (e.g.) leadership, change management, entrepreneurship or occupational psychology
You are creative and flexible in how you approach challenges and solutions
Excellent English skills, very good German skills in both speaking and writing
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme
You are based in Berlin and are available 15-20 hours/week
