This is an exci­ting oppor­tu­nity to join an early-stage startup buil­ding a digi­tal health­care pro­duct. We recently got our first fun­ding (Ber­lin Start-Up Sti­pen­dium). Elea Health is a mobile assi­stant for health­care pro­fes­sio­nals (nur­ses, the­ra­pists and doc­tors) with an inno­va­tive approach to front­line trai­ning and decision sup­port. You will wear many hats and work on all parts of our tech stack. Core respon­si­bi­li­ties will be in brain­stor­ming, pro­to­ty­p­ing and buil­ding solu­ti­ons to tech­ni­cally chal­len­ging pro­blems com­ing from new con­su­mer insights.

_Expe­ri­ence with Vue.js or other Java­Script frame­works.
_Node and backend deve­lop­ment expe­ri­ence (e.g. Python, Ruby) are nice to have.
_An under­stan­ding of how to work with data­ba­ses is also a plus.
_You can find a balance bet­ween speed of ite­ra­tion and qua­lity of code. We fol­low good prac­tices such as tes­ting and code review while con­stantly ite­ra­ting based on user feed­back. Also, we don’t expect you to come up with ground­brea­king solu­ti­ons for ever­ything (alt­hough you are of course wel­come to). Mostly we use libra­ries to get things done fast wit­hout com­pro­mi­sing on relia­bi­lity and usa­bi­lity.
_Get­ting to a good pro­duct-mar­ket fit is key for us at this stage in the pro­cess and you will be hands on in making that hap­pen.

We are Max and Chris, two foun­ders who have past expe­ri­ence in the start-up world and have now deci­ded to start our own ven­ture. We have a back­ground of several years in digi­tal health, pro­duct manage­ment, busi­ness intel­li­gence and data ana­ly­tics.
