Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Die Chimney GmbH ist das Berliner Kreativstudio der Chimney Vigor Group mit Hauptsitz in Schweden. Für unseren Berliner Standort suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung im Bereich Medientechnik/ IT auf Werkstudentenbasis oder im Rahmen eines Midijobs für 20 Std/Woche. Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Medientechnik/IT in einer Medienproduktion bist du unser Schweizer Taschenmesser für alles was unsere Technik und Infrastruktur (Soft- und Hardware) angeht.
Du unterstützt unseren IT-Admin und unser Produktionsteam bei kleineren und größeren Aufgaben, kümmerst dich um den Auf- und Abbau von Technik sowie die Einrichtung von Accounts. Du übernimmst die Pflege und Inventarisierung von Technik und Material, kümmerst dich um Archivierung / Transkodierung von Dateien und alles was sonst im täglichen Gebrauch zu leisten ist. Du agierst als die “Smart-Hands” unserer IT und Produktion und dokumentierst jeden Schritt akribisch in unserem IT-Wiki.

Chimney GmbH is the Berlin creative studio of the Chimney Vigor Group with headquarters in Sweden. For our office in Berlin Charlottenburg, we are looking for a media technology/IT support for 20 hours/week. As assistance in media technology/IT in a media production, you provide extensive support for everything concerning our technology- and it-infrastructure (software and hardware).
You will support our IT-admin and our production team with smaller and bigger projects, take care of setting up and dismantling technology and setting up accounts. You take care of the maintenance and inventory of technology and material, take care of archiving/transcoding of files and everything else that accrues on a daily basis. You act as the "smart hands" of our IT and production and meticulously document every step in our IT wiki.
Your tasks
Du unterstützt unseren IT-Admin und unser Produktionsteam bei kleineren und größeren Aufgaben, kümmerst dich um den Auf- und Abbau von Technik sowie die Einrichtung von Accounts. - Die Unterstützung von Drehs

Erwartete Qualifikationen:
- Du bist Student*in der Medientechnik oder IT und hast im besten Falle bereits Erfahrung im IT-Support (oder im Rahmen eines Midijobs)
- Du hast eine hohe Medienaffinität und Interesse an dem was wir als Kreativstudio so tun
- Du besitzt ein Grundverständnis für IT-Infrastruktur (Mac OS sowie Windows / Windows Server)
- Dich kennzeichnen Eigenständigkeit, Genauigkeit und hohes Lernvermögen aus
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Teile unseres Teams sprechen nur das eine oder das andere)

- You have a high affinity for media and an interest in what we do
- You have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Mac OS and Windows / Windows Server)
- You are independent and accurate

- You are fluent in German and English (parts of our team speak only one or the other)
