With our Atélier for Indi­vidu­al­iz­a­tion, Lim­ited Edi­tions, Cou­tures Uniques, Clas­sic Ward­robe & Tailored Cloth­ing we want to stand out by not being big and loud. Because we are too busy silently rein­ter­pret­ing the hand-picked art of tail­or­ing. To this end, we ded­ic­ate ourselves daily to the style itself and attach great import­ance to the devel­op­ment of unique pieces, per­sonal con­sulta­tion, aes­thetic func­tion­al­ity, nat­ural mater­i­als and above all to all the little things that are big­ger than them­selves. Our Credo: Feel Momentum.
The theme of our Winter Col­lec­tion is the Cresta-Run.com an elite not to say royal skel­eton sport foun­ded in 1885 in in a small vil­lage in Switzer­land, St. Mor­itz.
Our fur­ther growth path: Sup­plier Chain Man­age­ment is set, Digital Vis­ib­il­ity ready, now bring the brand pub­lic & vis­ible, demand­able by Enthu­si­asts. With our attached Tailor shops, we are able to increase out­put instantly, but we will carry always 1 piece less on stock than in demand. We have no depts and are risk averse. Our break-even is 15-20 jack­ets/Year. We reduce costs to the max.

Feel Momentum. SVEN-HOL­GER Atelier Ber­lin looks for ambi­tious Junior Entre­pren­eurs with com­mon sense, drive and ded­ic­a­tion for detail.

Work­ing field:

  • Build up the com­pany as Part­ner/Co Founder without invest­ment from your side needed if not avail­able and you will receive shares based on tar­get achieve­ment
  • Play a vital role in sup­port­ing all aspects of the busi­ness
  • Part­ner­ing closely with our founder as coach/mentor on vari­ous busi­ness pro­jects by coordin­at­ing and com­mu­nic­at­ing with vari­ous stake­hold­ers

Require­ments:

  • You search for chal­lenges, you are ambi­tious, you have a desire for entre­pren­eur­ship, you are ready to take respons­ib­il­ity and act by com­mon sense, you are not afraid to learn
  • a bach­elor’s degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion or sim­ilar dis­cip­line, or cur­rently pur­su­ing a mas­ter’s in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion
  • Prior work­ing exper­i­ence in pro­ject man­age­ment, senior lead­er­ship assist­ance or man­age­ment con­sultancy
  • Start up exper­i­ence of favour, obe­ness to learn and grow together
  • Strong organ­iz­a­tional skills with the abil­ity to man­age mul­tiple tasks
  • Excel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion skills, able to adapt style to all levels of the busi­ness
  • Flu­ent Ger­man and busi­ness Eng­lish (any other European lan­guages are a plus)
  • SEO exper­i­ence and know­ledge of Google Ads/Ana­lyt­ics
  • First Media and graphic design exper­i­ence (know­ledge of Pho­toshop, Illus­trator and InDes­ign are a plus)
  • Keen atten­tion to detail
  • Entre­pren­eur­ial spirit
  • Open­ness to make the brand vis­ible, e.g. Shows, PR, Retailer, Present­a­tions, Social Media, etc.
  • Cap­ab­il­ity to cope and adjust to the tar­get group needs – lux­ury seg­ment
