In the GanzTierStark project, research is being conducted in close cooperation with practitioners to find out how the use of regional organic beef from species-appropriate grazing in Berlin canteens can be strengthened.
Coordination of the implementation-oriented research work in the team
identification of the obstacles and potentials (nationwide and regional) for the use of organic beef in canteens also in regard to processing the entire animal by means of research and interview
Preparation, implementation and evaluation of action weeks
Preparation of the results for practice and science

Successfully completed university degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent) in agricultural sciences or marketing, regional sciences or related courses with social science skills
Knowledge of qualitative social scientist methods (as e.g. literature search, preparation, implementation and analysis of interviews) is necessary
Experience with scientific publications is required
Experience in working with practice actors is necessary
Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written are required
Phd or project experience is desirable
Experience with the organic food industry (in Berlin-Brandenburg) or catering is an advantage
Knowledge in the areas of regional marketing, value chain and/or cooperation management is desirable
