About the role:

We are seek­ing a work­ing stu­dent to join our People Team at Planet in Ber­lin. The ideal can­did­ate will have a mix of curi­os­ity and pas­sion along with a drive for res­ults. You will gain first-hand exper­i­ence at the cut­ting edge of recruit­ing for a high-growth global tech­no­logy com­pany. We find the tal­ent that drives our com­pany’s suc­cess, so come and join us on the jour­ney.

Impact you’ll own:

  • Sup­port the local People team in Ber­lin with all recruit­ing and hir­ing activ­it­ies
  • Act­ive sourcing for can­did­ates from under­rep­res­en­ted back­grounds on LinkedIn and other social media plat­forms
  • Pos­it­ively impact the can­did­ate exper­i­ence through act­ive com­mu­nic­a­tion and prompt schedul­ing of inter­views
  • Foster a sense of belong­ing for new starters by assist­ing with on-board­ing
  • Coordin­ate internal train­ings and events (e.g. inter­view train­ings, meetups, team build­ing activ­it­ies)
  • Routinely man­age con­fid­en­tial data in our ATS (applic­ant track­ing sys­tem) and HRMS (Human Resource Man­age­ment Sys­tem)
  • Assist­ing in man­aging our employ­ees’ entire life cycle – from onboard­ing to off­board­ing

Require­ments:

What you bring:

  • Study­ing busi­ness or in a related course of stud­ies
  • Prac­tical work­ing exper­i­ence, ideally in HR/ Recruit­ing

  • Strong multi-task­ing and organ­iz­a­tional skills
  • Highly motiv­ated and pro­act­ive team player who is eager to learn
