Work­ing Stu­dent (20 hours / Week) – Human Resources

We are hir­ing a work­ing stu­dent for Human Resources (HR). This is the per­fect role for you if you want prac­tical exper­i­ence within HR-man­age­ment and recruit­ing pro­cesses.

Work­ing field:

Con­vex Energy needs you to care for tasks such as recruit­ing, screen­ing, inter­view­ing and onboard­ing employ­ees. Tasks also include man­aging employee rela­tions, payroll, con­tracts, bene­fits and make devel­op­ment plans for exist­ing employ­ees. The goal for HR is to enable man­age­ment and employ­ees to reach our stra­tegic goals and build a mod­ern work­ing envir­on­ment.

You will get respons­ib­il­ity for your own pro­jects, and you will get prac­tical, hands-on exper­i­ence in a young, ener­getic and mul­ti­cul­tural team, in a very dynamic sec­tor.


  • Screen­ing can­did­ates dur­ing the recruit­ing pro­cess
  • Help­ing with con­tracts for new employ­ees
  • Main­tain and improve our capa­city for attract­ing and retain­ing tal­ent
  • Devel­op­ing and main­tain­ing a good work­ing cul­ture


  • Min­imum of a bach­elor’s degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Human Resources or sim­ilar
  • You are flu­ent in Eng­lish and Ger­man (Min­imum B2)
  • Exper­i­ence with Office pack­ages such as Out­look, Word, and Excel
  • You have min­imum 1 year left of your Mas­ter Degree stud­ies
