IT Help­desk Ana­lyst (Stu­dent)

Work­ing field:

As an IT Help­desk Ana­lyst, you’ll be part of a world­wide team for a global com­pany and the first point of con­tact for all ICT sup­port quer­ies com­ing from the whole com­pany’s sub­si­di­ar­ies.
Based in Ber­lin, Ger­many, you’ll be focused on your main Ger­man sub­si­di­ary and from time to time, you will also work for other sub­si­di­ar­ies world­wide. The job holder will be work­ing part-time (20 hours/week).

As an IT Help­desk Ana­lyst, you are expec­ted to:

  • Use the help­desk tick­et­ing sys­tem to sup­port and assist in-house IT users.
  • Sup­port users with soft­ware applic­a­tions
  • Deploy sys­tems and soft­ware
  • Sup­port 1st level net­work and infra­struc­tures
  • Provide main­ten­ance on com­puter hard­ware and sys­tem
  • Train and sup­port users on the use of desktop soft­ware and net­work resources
  • Fol­low-up escal­a­tion points
  • Cre­ate and update doc­u­ment­a­tion and pro­cesses
  • Report to man­age­ment and improve the help­desk qual­ity of ser­vice

Require­ments:

  • A uni­versity degree in com­puter sci­ences is an asset.
  • Flu­ency in Ger­man (at least a C1 level) and in Eng­lish.
  • Good organ­iz­a­tional skills, abil­ity to pri­or­it­ize tasks and issues, cus­tomer rela­tion­ship also as capa­city to work cooper­at­ively and effect­ively with other IT col­leagues is deman­ded
