IT Helpdesk Analyst (Student)
As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, you’ll be part of a worldwide team for a global company and the first point of contact for all ICT support queries coming from the whole company’s subsidiaries.
Based in Berlin, Germany, you’ll be focused on your main German subsidiary and from time to time, you will also work for other subsidiaries worldwide. The job holder will be working part-time (20 hours/week).
As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, you are expected to:
Use the helpdesk ticketing system to support and assist in-house IT users.
Support users with software applications
Deploy systems and software
Support 1st level network and infrastructures
Provide maintenance on computer hardware and system
Train and support users on the use of desktop software and network resources
Follow-up escalation points
Create and update documentation and processes
Report to management and improve the helpdesk quality of service
A university degree in computer sciences is an asset.
Fluency in German (at least a C1 level) and in English.
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and issues, customer relationship also as capacity to work cooperatively and effectively with other IT colleagues is demanded
