Employer Branding Working Student
We are looking for a Working Student who has the creative, organizational, and coordinating skills to help grow the employer branding initiatives of GetYourGuide’s Recruitment Team. If you’re eager to build experience within Employer Branding then please read on.
The Employer Branding Working Student will work closely with the Employer Branding Specialist to support GetYourGuide’s hiring goals by highlighting our amazing workplace. We use brand marketing techniques to share narratives of our committed teams, customer-focused projects, and strong company culture to attract top talent to the company and build brand awareness through digital channels and offline events.
Recruiting is our highest priority and the Recruiting Team is on a mission to seek out and build a solid team by finding new GetYourGuide stars who will support our international growth. While looking for top talents, we have a customer-focused approach to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience when interacting with GetYourGuide, whether you’re a job candidate, meet us at a conference, or enjoy reading our blog.
What do your responsibilities look like?
You’ll support our outreach activities by:
Managing the company’s Glassdoor profile; invite employees to write reviews and respond to reviews
Scheduling social media posts in our content calendar
Collect data from our activities and evaluate the performance
Being creative and enthusiastic in improving our channels and performance based on data
You’ll also handle events by communicating with internal and external partners in the planning phase and support event execution by preparing and hosting the day of.
And we expect you to support and take responsibility for additional projects related to Employer Branding objectives as they arise.
Who are you?
A student in a related Bachelor or Master program with more than 1 year left of studies
You’re passionate about gaining experience in employer branding and have a personal interest in the topics of recruitment or marketing - especially corporate storytelling
You have excellent project management and event coordinator skills gained from internships, jobs, or university projects
Fluent in English with superb communication skills in speech and writing
Knowledgeable about the management of digital channels
You have an eye for detail while being diligent and reliable
And you can keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
