Teraki is a Ber­lin based tech driven com­pany enabling true mobil­ity. We stand for innov­a­tion in the rap­idly devel­op­ing con­nec­ted car, self-driv­ing and 3D map­ping world. Teraki provides data reduc­tion and data pro­cessing solu­tions for Auto­mot­ive (IoT) applic­a­tions and enables the launch of new applic­a­tions by redu­cing costs. Data Ana­lyst (Video) - Intern­ship

Intern­ship

Work­ing field:

  • Imple­ment new video pro­cessing and video com­pres­sion routines.
  • Pro­pose and imple­ment suit­able bench­marks to dis­play the per­form­ance and cap­ab­il­it­ies of the new routines.
  • Con­trib­ute to the research and devel­op­ment of optim­iz­a­tion and ana­lyt­ics soft­ware to identify regions of interest in an image or video at min­imal CPU require­ments.

Require­ments:

  • stu­dents, prefer­ably in com­puter sci­ence, math­em­at­ics or phys­ics. Demostrated exper­i­ence with Python lib­rar­ies such as numpy, pan­das, mat­plot­lib, opencv, scikit-learn. Famili­ar­ity with basics of machine learn­ing and neural net­works. C/C++ is a plus.
  • Strong curi­os­ity and atten­tion to details
  • Very pro­act­ive in the data sci­ence work­flow: Exper­i­ment Design, Data wrangling (explor­a­tion, clean­ing), hypo­thes­ist­est­ing, mod­el­ing, com­mu­nic­a­tion/visu­al­iz­a­tion of res­ults.
  • Exper­i­ence with ver­sion con­trol sys­tems like git is a plus.
  • You have excel­lent math­em­at­ical skills in par­tic­u­lar in Lin­ear Algebra
  • A strong interest to con­trib­ute to novel IoT applic­a­tions.
