Working field and tasks:
Planning, testing and evaluating teaching-learning concepts in the network project “KornScout” (about the cereal grain and its various users – strengthening grain competencies for sustainability in the craft-based food industry), implementing educational modules (i. a. with digital teaching-learning formats) to qualify change agents for sustainability in vocational education (specifically in professions engaging with cereal grains)
sub-project coordination: planning and coordinating organizational processes for the sub-project in the didactics department of work studies within the network project (https://www.b-nerle.tu-berlin.de/menue/forschung/korn_scout/), collaborating with the heads of the network project and the project partners (IZT, Wuppertalinstitut, practice partners such as EPIZ etc.) and the funding agency (BBIB) as well as the University’s administration
concept design and testing of the educational modules as well as collaboration in their evaluation in cooperation with the network project partners and the partners in the field
collaboration in the transfer to practice, science, teaching and society, i.a. through academic presentations and publications
successfully completed university degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent), preferrably in Education or pertinent specialist science relating to nutrition and consumer education or educational sciences with a connection to nutrition education, consumer education and education for sustainable development
elegibility for a doctorate qualification is desired
good english skills are desired
