Swiss Re is one of the world's leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer. We anticipate and manage risk – from natural catastrophes to climate change, from ageing populations to cybercrime. Together with our clients we develop smarter solutions and help the world to rebuild, renew and move forward. This is how we live our vision of making the world more resilient.

graduates@swissre programme

Graduates@SwissRe is a programme that offers graduates the chance to join the exciting world of a specialised financial services organisation.

Working field:

Insurance / Reinsurance / Financial Services

Requirements:

We're looking for graduates with a strong track record of academic excellence, international experience and language skills. If you've just earned your degree and have little or no work experience, you might be the perfect fit for us.

What we offer:

This 18-month training programme starts around the beginning of September each year and finishes at the end of February. You'll have your home base at one of our regional offices. Your personal mentor will support your integration into the new work environment and will provide additional support throughout the programme. You'll also get to attend training days especially designed for the programme. Over 16 to 20 weeks, you'll rotate once or twice to a different business area to gain further experience in another area of the company. Along with the rotation, classroom training and several events will give you opportunities to meet and network with other graduates and employees from different Swiss Re units.
