Student Research Assistant
The Center for Adaptive Rationality directed by Ralph Hertwig at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development is seeking applicants for a position as Student Research Assistant to assist the ongoing research in all phases of the scientific process, particularly in the development of online experiments. This position will be employed on a basis of 80h a month and last for 6 months or longer. The anticipated start date is March/April 2018, but is flexible.
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a German university
High flexibility and commitment
Desired qualifications (not all are necessary to apply)
Familiarity with programming games or other interactive online content
Experience with running experiments with human participants

The Center for Adaptive Rationality is investigating various aspects of judgment and decision-making. We offer you the chance to participate in an international and interdisciplinary research team. Research assistants will be involved in research using computational methods to study the cognitive, social and/or developmental basis for decision making. This will include programming up on-line experiments for a variety of different settings.
