Online Mar­ke­ting Working Stu­dent

The main objec­tive of the role is to sup­port the foun­ders and mar­ke­ting team with set­ting up, run­ning, ana­ly­zing and opti­mi­zing the online mar­ke­ting cam­pai­gns. This typi­cally inclu­des the fol­lo­wing tasks:

  • Inte­gra­ted cam­paign manage­ment: Hand­ling of Face­book cam­pai­gns through all plat­forms and with various cam­paign manage­ment tools like Face­book Ads Mana­ger
  • Dig­ging deep into data ana­ly­sis in order to eva­luate and opti­mize the per­for­mance cam­pai­gns
  • Working clo­sely with the con­tent mar­ke­ting team in order to deve­lop sui­ta­ble Face­book adsets in dif­fe­rent for­mats
  • Con­stant exch­ange with the pro­duct team, par­ti­cu­larly the data ana­ly­sis experts
  • Hand­ling per­for­mance cam­pai­gns via Google

We appre­ciate dedi­ca­tion and kind­ness in our team and have a prag­ma­tic and results-dri­ven approach. For this role, we are loo­king in par­ti­cu­lar for a skill set with the fol­lo­wing cha­rac­te­ris­tics:

  • Working expe­ri­en­ces (> 6 months, ide­ally wit­hin a tech star­tup) in the field of per­for­mance mar­ke­ting with a focus on Face­book mar­ke­ting and cam­pai­gns on Google
  • Pro­found know­ledge of Per­for­mance Mar­ke­ting soft­ware and plat­forms such as Face­book Ads Mana­ger & Google AdWords
  • Expe­ri­ence in mana­ging per­for­mance cam­pai­gns on Face­book, par­ti­cu­larly expe­ri­en­ced in A/B tes­ting and tracking metho­do­lo­gies
  • Strong ana­lyti­cal mind­set: Con­duct rese­arch and data ana­ly­sis in order to deli­ver KPI reports
  • Skill to pro­vide actionable insights and recom­men­da­ti­ons on how to improve per­for­mance

Con­side­red as a bonus:

  • Expe­ri­ence in native ad cam­pai­gns (Out­brain, Taboola, etc.)
  • SEO and ASO know­ledge
  • Expe­ri­ence in per­for­mance mar­ke­ting for a star­tup
