Cus­tomer Solu­tions Intern (m/f)

Work­ing field:

  • You will be the ears of the com­pany, track­ing cus­tom­ers’ feed­back
  • You will take respons­ib­il­ity to setup our cus­tomer ser­vice / cus­tomer solu­tions pro­ced­ures to improve cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion
  • You coordin­ate and solve incom­ing cus­tomer (B2B) and con­sumer (B2C) requests among vari­ous teams at Dis­tribu­sion
  • You develop new ideas for effi­cient work­flows, guidelines and how to store and share know­ledge within the cus­tomer solu­tions team
  • You drive step-by-step pro­cess innov­a­tions and auto­ma­tions


  • You have a pro­act­ive and solu­tion-ori­ented “cus­tomer first” mind­set. You always find a way to make cus­tom­ers happy
  • You are inter­ested in travel and you are able to put your­self in the shoes of trav­el­lers
  • You work in an ana­lyt­ical and struc­tured man­ner and are will­ing to step out of your com­fort zone
  • You are a digital nat­ive and are used to work with cloud-based soft­ware (e.g. Google Apps)
  • You are a great com­mu­nic­ator and flu­ent in Eng­lish (spoken and writ­ten); other lan­guages are a plus
  • You are enrolled as a stu­dent and avail­able for a full-time intern­ship, prefer­ably in any busi­ness or com­mu­nic­a­tion related sub­ject
  • You have gained first prac­tical exper­i­ence in a star­tup or con­sult­ing com­pany (e.g. through pre­vi­ous intern­ships), ideally in cus­tomer ser­vice or cus­tomer exper­i­ence
