Technical Customer Support
Managing incoming customer requests via phone, email and chat
Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions for our re-sellers
Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Solving service requests effectively independently, together with our internal 2nd level and/or Service Providers
Being oriented towards customer service you are always ready and willing to learn new skills
Your excellent written and verbal communication skills meet highest standards
Ideally, you have experience in some of the following fields: Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Skype For Business or virtual servers ; and a strong interest in learning more
Our company language is English and you are fluent in one of the following languages: German, Swedish, French, Dutch
