Work­ing field:

Your Respons­ib­il­it­ies – effect­ive
Col­lab­or­ate effect­ively across func­tions and in global teams and liaise extern­ally with mul­tiple devel­op­ment part­ners in the pack­aging industry
Develop and own expert­ise in a wide range pack­aging tech­no­lo­gies; define and per­form sci­entific test pro­grams and data ana­lysis
Par­ti­cip­ate in mul­tidiscip­lin­ary prob­lem solv­ing efforts to optim­ize pack­aging design and resolve man­u­fac­tur­ing chal­lenges
Col­lab­or­ate with Eco­lab´s Mar­ket­ing and Sales organ­iz­a­tion to under­stand the cus­tomer and busi­ness needs and trans­late these into new pack­aging designs

Require­ments:

Your Pro­file - impress­ive
Uni­versity degree either in pack­aging engin­eer­ing, chem­ical or mech­an­ical engin­eer­ing or nat­ural sci­ences and some work exper­i­ence (up to 2yrs) in an inter­na­tional envir­on­ment, prefer­ably in pack­aging devel­op­ment
Strong organ­iz­a­tional and pro­ject man­age­ment skills as well as self-reli­ant autonom­ous work­ing man­ner
Excel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion and col­lab­or­a­tion skills with internal and external stake­hold­ers within an inter­na­tional envir­on­ment
Abil­ity to adapt quickly to new and dif­fer­ent situ­ations
Flu­ency in Eng­lish is a must
