PayU Hub Tools Admin­is­trator


Work­ing field:

PayU’s Global Com­mer­cial team is look­ing for an exper­i­enced pro­fes­sional with a digital / tech back­ground to take on the role of PayU Hub Tools Admin­is­trator. This per­son will work with a tal­en­ted team of pro­fes­sion­als in a fast-paced and dynamic envir­on­ment that has the entre­pren­eur­ial feel of a start-up.

The main pur­pose of this role is to sup­port the team by tak­ing care of the vari­ous col­lab­or­a­tion tools. What is not in the scope of this pos­i­tion is host­ing the col­lab­or­a­tion tools. In scope is ensur­ing that the users get sup­port in their daily activ­it­ies, ran­ging from a simple signup pro­cess to a more com­plex in-tool ques­tion.

This pos­i­tion will be respons­ible for con­tinu­ous main­ten­ance & admin­is­tra­tion of the tools and ensure a dis­rup­tion-free user exper­i­ence. The scope is global, and as such this pos­i­tion works and aligns closely with PayU col­leagues in the regions.

1. Tool Admin­is­tra­tion

  • Day-to-day sup­port
  • Train­ing of user groups (when needed)

2. Tool Integ­ra­tion
  • Cross-tool integ­ra­tion
  • E.g. Push con­tent update noti­fic­a­tions from Con­flu­ence to Work­place
  • API based integ­ra­tions

3. Tool main­ten­ance
  • Install addi­tional plu­gins
  • Main­tain and review the con­fig­ur­a­tion
  • Liaise with host­ing pro­viders and align on reg­u­lar updates and main­ten­ance win­dows
  • Com­mu­nic­ate changes & main­ten­ances to the users


  • Uni­versity-level stud­ies in Inform­a­tion Tech­no­logy or Com­puter Sci­ence.
  • 1-2 years of exper­i­ence with increas­ing respons­ib­il­ity / work­ing on spe­cial pro­jects and tools admin­is­tra­tion, prefer­ably with multi-loc­a­tion global com­pan­ies.
  • Excel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion skills in Eng­lish, and dip­lomacy across cul­tures, other lan­guages are a plus.
  • Proven track record of get­ting things done, man­aging mul­tiple tasks includ­ing com­mu­nic­a­tion with internal and external teams while con­sist­ently deliv­er­ing on sched­ule.
  • Meth­od­ical, organ­ized, self-starter with a pos­it­ive can-do atti­tude.
  • Curi­ous, self-learner, inter­ested in tech.
  • Hi-tech, Fintech, or Pay­ments industry exper­i­ence is a pre­ferred.
  • You must be able to deal with ambi­gu­ity, mul­tiple com­pet­ing pri­or­it­ies, in a fast paced / start up-like envir­on­ment.
  • Pas­sion­ate about the Inter­net and the digital col­lab­or­a­tion tools.
